2011 Florida Health Insurance Market Report

The Florida Health Care Insurance Advisory Board released this report showing a steady decline in enrollment in Florida's commercial health insurance markets from 2006 to 2010.  From 2009 to 2010, enrollment declined 4.3% to 3.7 million.
