On March 11, SCI held a webinar with Bob Carey, of RL Carey Consulting, that analyzed the role health insurance exchanges can play in both national and state health reform.  This webinar provided an overview of the potential role of a health insurance exchange, state-specific issues that should be considered before establishing an exchange, and the different ways in which an exchange might be structured and operated.  A question and answer period followed Mr. Carey’s presentation.
