Supreme Court Upholds the ACA

As the dust begins to settle after yesterday’s Supreme Court’s decision to mostly uphold the ACA, it is clear that there will be a great deal of activity at the state level to move forward on implementation efforts. 

As we all await further analysis—particularly of the implications on the Medicaid expansion—we recommend that readers check HealthReformGPS.org and Health Affairs Blog for additional detailed analyses of the decision by experts and other thought leaders.
