On March 26, SCI offered, with the support of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the webinar Communicating the Value of Health Programs During Tough Economic Times.
 
The economic downturn and resulting budget challenges are the main – and sometimes only – focus for state policymakers as they endure difficult legislative sessions this year. How can health policymakers make the case to protect or even expand key health care programs in this context? What are the key arguments being made at the state and national level?
