    MNsure released its final rules on its consumer assistance program, detailing the eligibilty requirements, roles and responsbilities, and training standards for in-person assisters, navigators, and brokers.

    The New York State Department of Health (DOH) issued this Request for Applications (RFA) to solicit Applications from Applicants to participate in the New York Health Benefit Exchange (NYHBE) In Person Assistor (IPA)/Navigator Program. Tribal Entities may start informing and educating tribal members about these coverage options before October 1.     Vermont Health Connect issued this Notice of Application for those interested in applying to become Navigator Organizations. Navigator Organizations will support operations, management, reporting and compensation of Vermont Health Connect's Navigators. Navigator Organizations will also interact directly with Vermont Health Connect to streamline the data collection and reporting by Navigators.
