The New York State Department of Health (DOH) issued this Request for Applications (RFA) to solicit Applications from Applicants to participate in the New York Health Benefit Exchange (NYHBE) In Person Assistor (IPA)/Navigator Program. The IPA/Navigator Program (Program) will provide in person, culturally competent, linguistically appropriate and disability accessible health insurance application assistance.
