On November 29, 2011 Alabama, Arizona, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Maine, Michigan, Nebraska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, Tennessee, and Vermont received federal funding to help establish state-based health insurance excahnges.
