NY: Level One Grant Application
On December 30, 2011, New York applied for a Level One Establishment Grant requesting $48.5 million. The state requested funding for:
- Redesign of its eligibility and enrollment system,
- Creation of an all payer claims database,
- Additional resources for the Exchange IT system,
- Continuing the Community Health Advocates program, and
- Additional consultant analyses on a range of implementation issues.
