KS-MLR Waiver Request
Kansas Insurance Commissioner Sandy Praeger has submitted a waiver request for the medical loss ratio (MLR) requirement under the ACA. Kansas' ask for a 70 percent MLR in 2011 that would increase to 73 percent in 2012 and 76 percent in 2013, then hitting the 80 percent target in 2014.
