State Policymaking and Reinsurance (A): Washington, Wisconsin, and Rhode Island
The states participating in the Institute will discuss the reinsurance aspects of their state's proposed reforms, how those proposals fit into pre-existing state health reforms, how the proposals have changed during the modeling time-line, and the usefulness of participating in modeling.
